Analysis
A recruitment process begins with a profile meeting to clarify the company's needs and expectations for candidates

Search Strategy
We conduct a market analysis, creating a target list based on candidates identified through our candidate database, network, and other channels

Interview
We perform a thorough assessment of all candidates, based on both screening and in-depth interviews of selected candidates
04.
Presentation
We present the top candidates to the client and facilitate the 1st and 2nd meetings between the client and candidates
05.
Testing / Profiling
To support the optimal match, we use various psychometric tools for personality analysis as well as cognitive tests
06.
Reference Check
We gather at least two references for every candidate to ensure a thorough assessment
07.
Contract Negotiation
The contract negotiation takes place between the client and the candidate
08.
Follow-up
We follow up on the process with both the client and the candidate 1, 3, and 6 months after employment
